The Laro Trouser from b.young in Molten Lava Stripe is a properly considered piece of statement autumn tailoring — a high-rise, wide-leg, full-length trouser in a warm molten-lava stripe that reads beautifully against every autumn-winter neutral in your wardrobe.

The cut is where this piece earns its £60: a high-rise waist that sits properly at the natural waist rather than dropping onto the hip, a loose, wide leg with proper considered volume all the way through, and full-length coverage designed to sweep over chunky trainers or ankle boots. Belt loops and a matching self-tie belt let you cinch or release the waist depending on what you're wearing on top.

The fabric has a soft finish — proper drapey handle rather than stiff or structured — which is what makes the wide leg move properly rather than sitting flat.

Molten Lava Stripe is the properly grown-up warm-tone statement — a considered vertical stripe with molten warmth running through it.
