Machine wash inside out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying to preserve colour and fit. Iron on a low setting if needed.

How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

  • Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Hil (5'3", UK size 10/12) wears the size 28 – a neat, structured fit with room to soften over time. Sue (5'0", UK size 6) would go for the size 25 or 26, depending on how snug she wants the fit at the waist. General Rule: These jeans will soften slightly with wear thanks to the high cotton content, but they won’t stretch out significantly—go with your true waist measurement for the best fit.

Fabulous Trousers

Fabulous trousers! I'm 5'2" and they hit the floor perfectly – no need to take them up. Sizing was a bit tricky though. I'm a standard UK 10 and thought the 27 would fit, but it didn’t. I called the store and Hil was really helpful. I ended up going for the 28 in the end – much better fit and more comfortable. Refund was sorted quickly too.
