  • Sue is 5'0" and a UK size 6. She wears the XS, and on her it falls closer to ankle length, giving that longer, almost maxi feel.
  • Hil is 5'3" and a UK size 10/12. She wears the M, and on her it sits at a mid-calf length, making it a really flattering midi.

If you prefer a neater waistband, you could size down—but if comfort is key, your usual size works perfectly.
