From Danish label B. Copenhagen, the Jenna Cardigan is one of those pieces you reach for without quite knowing why—and then realise it's because it makes everything work. Soft, fluffy-textured, and beautifully relaxed in its silhouette, this is proper cosy-done-well rather than cosy-done-baggy. The slightly boxy fit flatters without trying: it skims rather than clings, layers over anything, and never once looks like you've borrowed it from someone three sizes up.

Two large breast pockets. Button front. A classic collar that sits just right. Warm oatmeal—that particular shade of not-quite-white that lifts the face, plays beautifully with prints, and refuses to look boring regardless of what you put it with.

Wash with similar colours. Knit with a little care: reshape while damp and lay flat to dry to protect that fluffy texture. Keep away from direct heat and avoid the tumble dryer.

How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Sizes S–XL. The Jenna has a slightly boxy fit — B. Copenhagen’s own model is nearly 5’9” and wears a medium.

Hil (5’3”, size 10/12) takes a medium, which gives her that easy, relaxed drape the cardigan is designed for. If she wants a slightly neater line—a little closer without losing the softness—she’d try the small first.

Sue (5’0”, size 6) starts with a small, but be aware: this is genuinely boxy in cut, so the S will still feel generously sized on a size 6 frame. Sue wouldn’t have it any other way—layering and drape are very much her thing. If you prefer a more fitted feel at size 6, think of this as an intentionally oversized cosy layer rather than a snug cardigan.

We love a piece that manages to be genuinely cosy without looking like you’ve given up on the day—and the Jenna absolutely does that. The fluffy texture is the kind you find yourself stroking slightly embarrassingly on the hanger, and the oatmeal colourway is one of those versatile wardrobe foundations that makes everything around it look more considered. Danish design, quietly excellent.

Hil wears this open over a defined, tucked-in look underneath—her usual move of a printed blouse or a fitted vest tucked into high-waisted raw jeans, then the Jenna thrown on top with the buttons undone and statement gold earrings doing the heavy lifting. Oatmeal against her love of colour is a combination that genuinely works, from early autumn right through to the depths of winter.

Sue layers it the way Sue layers everything: open over her signature vest-and-cami stack, with her cropped Keira jeans and stacked boots underneath. In oatmeal, she’d reach for warm neutrals beneath—terracotta, rust, deep cream—and let the Jenna do the enveloping. She’ll barely take it off from September onwards.
