Description

Gym and tonic, anyone? This is the sweatshirt for the gym, for slobbing out at the weekend, and for everything in between. The Gym and Tonic Sweatshirt from Nadine Active comes in Pulse Green, a bright, zingy shade that wakes you up faster than your first coffee, with the Gym and Tonic logo across the front.

It's a longline shape with a round neck, and it comes to about mid-thigh on Hil. The hem is raw at the front and back, and the front is about 2cm shorter than the back, so it dips gently behind you. It's 65% cotton and 35% polyester, so it's soft and breathable but keeps its shape wash after wash.

In the photos, it's worn with our Saint Tropez Luxury Workout Legging in Chocolate Brown, which is exactly how Hil wears hers.

  • Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Styling Suggestions

How Hil wears it: with the Saint Tropez Luxury Workout Legging in Chocolate Brown, or with her My Essential Wardrobe Sweat Pants in Black or Dark Grey Melange.

Smarten it up: do a waterfall front tuck, with the front tucked in and the back left hanging out. It looks great with the Toxik Rowan Jeans in Biscuit, or, if you're feeling brave, the Rowan Jeans in White, even in winter.

How Sue wears it: with her leggings to reformer Pilates. It's a little longer on her, falling just below mid-thigh.
