The Starfish Earrings from TARKA bottle exactly that mood: cast in gold-plated steel with a beautifully pitted, textured finish that catches the light the way the real thing does in a rock pool. Care Instructions

The lovely thing about TARKA is that you barely have to think about it. The triple gold plating and stainless steel base mean these are properly waterproof, sweatproof and tarnish-free — wear them on the sun-lounger, into the sea, straight back to a beach bar, no panic. Give them a wipe with a soft cloth occasionally if they've picked up sun cream or sea salt, and store flat in a pouch.
