  • One size: the shirred panel stretches generously and works comfortably from a UK 8 through to a UK 14.
  • Hil (5'3", UK 10/12, 34EE bust): wears this as a maxi skirt with the shirred section at her true waist — elastic does the work, skims the tum, and the print does the rest. Not where she'd reach as a strapless dress, given her bust requires a bit more architecture.
  • Sue (5'0", UK 6): wears it as a dress with the shirred top pulled high under the arms — falls just below the knee. Equally lovely worn as a skirt with a fitted cami.
  • Fabric note: viscose doesn't stretch but it drapes beautifully and softens with every wear.
