Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

These sweatpants have an easy, comfortable jogger fit with an elasticated waistband, making them very forgiving.

Hil is 5'3" and a standard UK 10/12, and she wears the Medium in these. She likes the slightly more relaxed feel through the leg and waist, which keeps them comfortable while still looking neat.

Sue is 5'0" and a standard UK size 6, and she wears the XS, which gives her a relaxed but still flattering jogger fit without feeling baggy.

General rule: With joggers like this, you can stay true to size for a relaxed everyday fit. If you prefer them a little neater through the leg, you could size down. The elasticated waist keeps them comfortable either way.
