The palm and mermaid print gives it a playful, holiday-ready feel, while the flowing crepe fabric and full lining keep it elegant and wearable day to night. The high-waisted elasticated waistband is the real hero here too, giving you comfort without compromising on shape. How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

This skirt has a loose fit through the body with a comfortable elasticated waist, so it is very forgiving and easy to wear.

Hil is wearing the M here. At 5'3" and a standard UK 10/12, Hil would stay in the M for an easy, flattering fit through the waist and hips.
Sue, at 5'0" and a standard UK 6, would likely choose the S and wear it slightly higher on the waist to keep the length feeling balanced.
Because of the elasticated waistband, there is flexibility in fit, especially if you prefer a little more ease around the middle.
If you are between sizes, we would suggest:
Size down if you want it sitting neater on the waist
Stay true to size if you like that soft, relaxed drape

General rule: with woven fabrics like this, there is not much stretch in the cloth itself, so fit comes mainly from the elasticated waistband. The viscose blend will soften beautifully with wear and movement.

We love a skirt that makes a statement while still being easy to wear, and this one absolutely does that. The print is fun without feeling overdone, and the lining gives it that little extra feel of quality. Most of all, the elasticated waistband makes it wonderfully comfortable for all-day wear, which is always a win. It is floaty, flattering and has that effortless holiday-to-home versatility we are always drawn to.

Hil’s look – polished with personality: Hil would style the Andrea Skirt with a neat fitted knit or a simple tucked-in vest, then add a leather belt bag, statement earrings and a sandal with a bit of lift. Because Hil is 5'3" and a UK 10/12, the M gives her enough movement without losing shape at the waist.

Sue’s look – boho and effortless: Sue would wear this with a soft little tee, a cropped knit or a slouchy linen shirt half-tucked at the front, then finish with stacked boots or chunky trainers to give it that slightly undone, bohemian edge she loves. At 5'0" and a UK 6, Sue would go for the S and keep the top half a little more fitted to balance the skirt’s volume.

We love this with a simple top and let the skirt do the talking. On cooler days, add a denim jacket or a soft knit and you have a really easy outfit that still feels considered. It would also be lovely packed for holidays, as it has that relaxed glamour that works just as well with flat sandals in the daytime as it does dressed up for dinner.
