Care Instructions

Machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach, cool iron only, do not tumble dry. The recycled polyester blend means minimal creasing — a very good travel trouser.

Size Note

The Yola comes up very generously through the hip and leg. We strongly recommend sizing down — at least one size, quite possibly two — from your usual. Hil is normally a UK 10/12 and wears the 36 (UK 8) in these. If you are between sizes, size down.

Why We Love It

Because the bootcut is genuinely one of the most flattering trouser shapes going — and it has been criminally underrated for years. Styling Suggestions

• Hil (UK 10/12, 5'3"): wears the 36 (UK 8) — and note that she normally wears a UK 10/12, so do size down. She wears these with a 2-inch block heel, which is all it takes to let the bootcut fall perfectly. Tucked-in blouse or fitted top at the waist, the high waistband doing its thing, a heel underneath — and Hil says the shape is just fantastic. "Curvy and tall, without really being either," is how she puts it.
