The design details:

- Multi-coloured tweed fabric — the whole story lives in the colour-and-texture interplay
- Pearl button front fastening — proper vintage-luxe hardware detail

Fabric-wise: main 100% polyester tweed, lining 85% Lyocell, 15% polyester. The Lyocell (Tencel-family) lining is the small elevated detail — a natural-derived cellulosic that sits softly against the skin rather than any of the synthetic-lining scratch.

- Available in S, M, L (Sister Jane's S = UK 8, M = UK 10, L = UK 14)
- Hil takes the M — UK 10 fit
- Sue takes the S — UK 8 fit
How Hil wears hers: the Solace is the whole outfit — throw it over the plainest of plain black, denim or cream and let the tweed do the elegant work. Hil styles hers over a simple black cami or a Y London Perfect Tank in Cream, tucked into her Toxik denim — the vintage-fortune-teller register against the everyday denim is quietly gorgeous. Also lovely over one of her MEW pieces for a considered dressed-up daytime moment.
