Description

One hundred percent wool, a crew neck, and a countryside scene so lovingly rendered it practically smells of fresh air and dog biscuits. This is WoolOvers at their most joyful: rolling hills, grazing sheep, and an attentive sheepdog, all worked into the front of a beautifully crafted jumper that manages to be completely whimsical and completely elegant at the same time.

Hil is not remotely sorry. She remembers a certain Princess wearing a very particular sheep jumper in the early eighties and has never quite got over it. Sue, who was already at university at the time and therefore considers herself above such things, rolls her eyes warmly. We are working on her.

Care Instructions

As this jumper is 100% wool, we recommend hand washing or a gentle machine wool cycle in cold water. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

  • Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Styling Suggestions

Hil wears hers with the Birch Jean in Mid-Blue Denim for that pale, clean contrast that lets the jumper be the star. Sue, who would look completely wonderful in this if she could only give her inner whimsy five minutes of airtime, would pair it with the Keira Crop Jean in Mid-Blue and her stacked boots. Both are right. So is wearing it with absolutely nothing else considered.
