The Perfect Tank from Y London in Burgundy is exactly what its name says — a knitted V-neck layering vest cut in Y London's signature fluid-stretch fabric, and finished in the rich warm burgundy that is the jewel-tone of the autumn-winter wardrobe.

Burgundy is the warm-jewel of the family — a deep considered wine-red that has more warmth than red, more depth than black, and more grown-up character than any bright shade could hope for. The design is deliberately simple: a sleeveless knitted tank with a V-neckline — Hil's favourite neckline for the way it separates the boobs and keeps the top half flattering — cut to sit not too fitted, not too loose — the happy middle-ground drape.
