Description

A romantic little knit. The Olma Cardigan from Saint Tropez — the Danish label that does romantic-meets-relaxed so beautifully — lands in Peony Orchid stripes: a soft pink colour story (peony and orchid tones layered together), warm and properly grown-up rather than sugary or sweet. The kind of knit that lifts a plain white tee, or layers softly under a blazer for transitional weather.

The fabric story is quietly considered: 8% wool for warmth and a bit of character in the hand, with polyester and polyamide for shape retention and a touch of elastane for give. Soft on the skin, holds its shape beautifully, gets softer with wear.

Part of the new Saint Tropez drop — pairs beautifully with the Patricia Jeans (the polka dot pure cotton pair) and the Pollyana Blouse (the floral viscose one) we also stock, for anyone building a properly considered Saint Tropez look.

Care Instructions

Gentle 30°C wash, low spin. Reshape gently while damp and lay flat to dry to keep the shape — the wool content likes a kind drying setup. Don't tumble dry. Treated kindly, the cardigan will hold its softness and shape for years.

  • Hil (UK 10/12, 5'3", 34EE): takes the Small (sizing down from her usual Medium). The fit sits beautifully across her bust without bagging at the top.
  • Sue (UK 6, 5'0"): takes the XS. Easy on her petite frame, with the elastane content giving just enough give for comfortable layering.
  • General note: the blend has give without clinging. Sizes run slightly close — size up if you want more relaxed.
