Palazzo pants wide enough to launch a small rescue mission in, and we mean that as the highest compliment. This Nasturtium Fawn print is one of One Hundred Stars’ moodiest yet — hazy green leaves scattered with rust and cinnamon flowers over a warm camel base, the sort of autumnal colourway that makes you want to light a candle and put the heating on early. The cut is classic OHS: a flattering front panel keeps things structured through the hip, while the back is fully elasticated and gathered, so there’s real give exactly where you want it after lunch. Wear them loose and billowing as proper trousers, or treat them as elegant loungewear — they’re honestly too good-looking to be confined to the sofa, but we won’t stop you.

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

One Hundred Stars started round a kitchen table in Sheffield ten years ago, and it's still a proper family business — which you can feel in how considered every print is. Nothing here is fast or throwaway: dyes are AZO-free, production is SA8000 and GOTS audited every year, and they're a Living Wage employer at every stage, not just the bits that are easy to talk about. We don't lecture customers about that sort of thing, but we think it's worth knowing when you're the one wearing it. Mostly, though, we love this pair because they're proper trousers — generous, forgiving, and dressed in a print moody enough to wear all autumn without ever looking like you're trying too hard.

Hil (S/M) wears hers exactly as intended — loose, billowy, and worn with a simple fitted top so the print does all the talking, finished with her usual gold statement earrings and a bright lip. She'd happily live in these from October through to spring. Sue, on the other hand, is a committed denim-and-leggings girl where legwear's concerned — wide-leg trousers have never made it into her wardrobe, palazzo included — so this one's very much a Hil piece through and through.

Styling tip: pair with a simple cardigan for daytime, or dress them up with a fitted jumper and your favourite boots come evening.
