Fabric-wise: 50% viscose, 27% polyester, 23% polyamide — the same proper soft Y London knit fabric as our Asymmetric jumper family. Viscose leads for that lovely fluid drape, with the poly-blend adding shape retention and durability. Soft as a kitten against the skin, and it holds through wear after wear.

Sizing:

• One size — fits up to UK 16
• The drawstring waist is the clever bit: because it cinches, this skirt will comfortably work for a UK 10 or 12 too. Real range in one piece.
• Not one for a genuine UK 8 — even fully cinched, the fabric proportions would swamp a petite frame. This isn't a Sue piece.
• This is a Hil piece — it sits beautifully on her frame and does exactly what she wants a skirt to do.
