How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Hil (5'3", UK 10/12) wears a Small and finds it neatly skims the body without feeling tight. She would stick with her usual size for a flattering, streamlined fit under jackets or knitwear.

Sue (5'0", UK 6) wears an XS, which fits close to the body but still feels comfortable thanks to the stretch. She would stay in the XS for that slightly fitted, easy layering look she loves.

General Rule: Ribbed fabrics with elastane naturally mould to the body and retain their shape, so you can confidently take your usual size.
