The Hizamond Vest in Antique from Fransa is the longline layering vest you didn't know your winter wardrobe was missing. A slim-fit ribbed knit in warm antique cream, with a delicate floral lace V-neckline and a scalloped hem, cut long enough to sit well past the tummy (a rarity in vests, and the reason the Hizamond has a devoted following).

Here's the point: this is a strictly under-the-jumper piece. Never worn on its own, never worn over anything. Slip it on as your first layer, pull your favourite chunky knit or cardigan over the top, and let the delicate floral lace peep out from the neckline for that considered, feminine finish. The soft cotton-modal handle sits comfortably against the skin all day.

Antique is the warm cream that plays beautifully with every knit in the wardrobe: chocolate, burgundy, cream, navy, camel, olive, deep green.

Machine wash at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a low temperature if needed. Reshape and lay flat to dry to preserve the ribbed knit and lace.

How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Sue's version: under the Fransa Rosanna Cardigan in Chocolate Torte worn loose over her Toxik Maya Stretch Jean High-Waist in Indigo Blue. The lace at the V pulls the whole layered bohemian look into focus.
