Description

Eighty percent merino, twenty percent cashmere. That's not a poncho, that's an investment. WoolOvers have been making this one for years for a reason: it is soft, warm, generous, and the buttons mean you can wear it about fourteen different ways without anyone knowing it's the same poncho.

We brought the Camel Marl in because camel goes with everything, and because Hil has been wearing hers with increasingly creative conviction since it arrived. Sue took approximately four minutes to be persuaded.

Care Instructions

Hand wash or a gentle machine wool cycle in cold water. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Achieve the perfect fit by following these simple measurement steps:

  • Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feed together.

Ensure the tape measure is snug, but not tight, and parallel to the floor.

Styling Suggestions

Hil wears hers over the Stanwick Barrel Cords in Mid Brown with a Faye Lurex Vest in Plum underneath: that flash of plum at the neckline is exactly her kind of move, and camel over mid-chocolate cords is a very good idea. Belt it and you have an entirely different outfit. Sue fastens the buttons, reaches for either the Keira Crop Jean in Mid-Blue or the Maya Stretch Jean in Indigo, adds heeled boots, and calls it done. She is, as usual, correct.
